I enjoy building customized solutions to address your needs. Some examples of recent projects include: building an organization’s leadership selection and interview process, helping a firm align their incentive structure with organizational psychology best practices, and enhancing the culture of an ERT with custom education sessions.

Workshops & Speaking

All workshops and speaking engagements are scalable, ranging from 30-90 minute talks to four-day in-person workshops. Here is a basic version of the form I send prior to the workshop which lists the topics I normally offer and allows participants to choose what interests them the most.

Leadership Coaching

Leading teams and organizations can be challenging for even the most seasoned leaders. Having a supportive ally in your corner who isn't part of your personal or professional ecosystem can be invaluable. I aim to be that ally for you. I offer remote leadership coaching with a focus on enhancing the human component of teams and organizations.

Some of the ways leaders choose to work with me include:

  • as a sounding board - to provide an outsider's perspective and advice

  • as an accountability partner in the pursuit of goals and leadership development progress

  • providing leadership education they never received, or to help fill gaps in their leadership skill set

  • providing resources, examples, and case studies to broaden their thinking

  • helping prepare for an upcoming leadership challenge, supporting them through it, and capturing learning after.

All coaching clients receive my monthly leadership and culture email newsletter and personalized resource packages. As required, I offer leaders additional services to augment coaching, including: culture auditing, assistance with hiring and interviewing, collecting and debriefing feedback from their ecosystem, and team classes or workshops.
